the best purchase and decision I made

I was leary of Muukal on my first order but was happily suprised at how wonderful they are. Now it is my very favorite place to get eyeglasses and I've been ordering glasses online for at least 27 years! They have excellent customer service and the glasses are better quality than some I got from Zenni. One pair was slightly off due to no fault of the company, they were trifocals that just weren't a right fit for my face. They let me pick a different pair at no cost and the exchange was smooth and easy. The quality is better than the other online places I've ordered from. The best buy, by far, is the 3 pair for a little over 100.00. You can order most of the fancy options at no extra charge so it's a lot of bang for your buck. I went to Stanton Optical for my last eye exam and got glasses just because it was part of their package deal. They are worthless and I was ONE DAY over the return window. A total pain to deal with and they are an actual physical facility. Now, here I am at home placing yet ANOTHER order from Muukal with my new script because the glasses I got from a local optical business are worthless. At Muukal I can at least be assured that I'll get glasses that are my correct RX and that they have a return policy I can trust. I love Muukal and will continue ordering from them as long as they're around.

Still waiting on one pair but the first 2 I Received are surprisingly absolutely Fly Perfecto. Ive been wanting Heart hlasses fir a few years and no other online company will do my odd & high perscription. They came out beautiful despite being thick they look great. I cant wait to get the next pair. Came pretty fast too. Thank you.

The prescription progressive and sunglasses work well and look great! Online tracking didn’t work well for me because it requires downloading another app. However, all three pairs of glasses arrived in two weeks. That was a week earlier than expected!

Outstanding! I have purchased 13 pairs so far and I am beyond happy with them and the customer service provided. Will definitely order many more, it is so fun to have glasses to match every outfit.

My experience was great! I ordrerd the 3/$119. I was able to find frames about the same size as my glasses from my eye dr. I have a high rx and no line progressive. I got extra thin lenses and they look great! They fit well and the reader portion is in the right spot. I did pay extra for lens tint and coatings. It took about 2 weeks for them to arrive. I plan to order more in other styles and colors.
