This is the first time ordering glasses from Muukal Optical. I emailed the company shortly after receiving the 3 pair of glasses to indicate that the one pair of progressive sunglasses needed to be returned/refunded as my vision was blurry and the frames way too large ( although I followed the measurements posted online. As of this writing I have not had any contact with customer service regarding my dilemma. Based on this experience, I would not order again from this company.

Great glasses, good fit.

I recently ordered 3 pairs of glasses from Muukal. After I ordered, I noticed that there odor that I had ordered as sunglasses were a snap on type. I immediately emailed them. Hygge reached out to me shortly after. By the next day, the issue was resolved. I was worried about how long it would take to get my glasses, (I paid for expedited) and tracking was not easy. When I used the link I was sent, it showed my glasses had not left the facility. But when I signed into my account and looked, it showed my glasses were in Texas and would be delivered on a Monday, two weeks after we had resolved my mistake. I received them the Saturday prior (check your mail). My glasses are great. I love them. One frame is a little thin, but I still love them. It is most likely just the style. There are instructions on how to fit them to your face if needed. I have progressive lenses and they are great. Overall, I don’t have anything negative to say. My total was $165 for three pairs plus $20 shipping. This included high end coating etc.

This is my third order from Muukal and I am still blown away by their prices, selection, and service! My new prescription is a complex progressive (should have gotten progressives sooner) and with photochromatic lenses and upgrades I got 3 pair for $164. The prescriptions were perfect although there was an issue with one pair not really darkening but customer service quickly dispatched a replacement! Will definitely be ordering more...I am a bit addicted now!
