The website is easy to use, ordering was easy, shipping took a little longer than I would like, but not too bad. The lenses are crystal clear, and my vision is great using them. Very pleased with the lenses and the frames.

I am happy with this. Maybe next time I will get the transition glasses.

Got an email coupon for a "free" pair of glasses. OK. Searched a while, picked out a frame, put in their qualified thick, cheap lens as required. Rejects coupon. Gotta pick from specific frames. OK. I'm suborn. Pick the right frame, right lens, put in the code, and I'd now have to pay MORE than if I didn't have the code. Why you ask? Because I still pay the shipping plus they added a 'handling fee'. How can I get an 2 hours of my life back?? Go to Payne glasses. They will give you a REAL free pair twice in a year. First time purchaser and couldn’t be happier. Both pairs fit perfectly. Would like to see more perfectly round with centred arms and fine frame in all collections, including small and rimless.

I would give them ZERO stars if possible!! First, I looked everywhere on this website to make sure they had an address in the USA before ordering. They did. I placed my order & received the order in a timely manner. However, they got my prescription wrong. I wear bifocals & my left eye “OS”, my prescription is +2.50, left eye only. I upload my prescription & also entered my prescription online as indicated. I emailed them when I received the glasses & several hours later, during the evening, I received a text from customer service. This company is in China so because of the time difference, they reply to messages in the evening. I explain that I can’t see out of the glasses & it seemed to be the right eye prescription that wasn’t right. They verified my prescription & that what they were showing me was what I uploaded, it was. Apparently in CHINA, “+2.50” regardless that it was indicated on my prescription for my left eye only, means both eyes, so they added the 2.50 to both right & left eye only my glasses. They said they would give me 1/2 of my money back, I told them no, it was their mistake, I wanted all my money back or preferable, I would like them to make me new glasses, with the “+2.50” to the left eye only. The glasses I received seemed to be good quality. This is the message I received regarding a refund: The address is: COMPANY:DanYang Muukaloptical e-commerce Co. Thank you So instead of giving me my money back for their mistake, they are trying to scare me into not returning the glasses by telling me how much it is going to cost to return them. This company IS NOT IN THE USA, I would be very caution doing business with them!!! I haven’t received a response to my request for them to make new glasses with correct prescription nor to my request for a complete refund!! VERY SHADY!!
