It took the full 21 days for delivery, so please expect this timeframe. After 1 month, all three pairs were broken, and they were replaced in about 2 weeks. Just the frames, so I had to go to Walmart & have them put the lenses in for me. Then they (Walmart) alerted me to some issues. The first pair had different lenses, not because of my prescription. One was like a progressive and the other was not...yet I paid for both to be progressive, hello, who gets one lens progressive? Secondly, the frames they use are reading glasses frames, which they explained are not strong enough to hold the prescription lenses. Hence, the reason they break. Now I am onto the replacements, which have all broken again. I am not rough on my glasses, literally broke a pair cleaning them gently with a cloth. I can't beat their price, so I will probably order again. Customer service is on a 24-hour loop, and they are not honoring the 3 for 119 coupon. No extras were chosen (tinting), so I am waiting to get an answer back again. It is what it is, hey I can't afford $300+ for 1 pair of glasses. So I will order again, but I would love to see another competitor.

Ordered 3 pairs of progressive lens glasses. All of them were distorted. They will not honor their 100% guarantee policy and are actually a chinese company faking an american address. They say I would have to send them back and pay $50 in shipping and the 45% tariff, which would amount to zero refund. Customer service is terrible... the number they send in the package is always busy. Calling the line listed on website says "google customer is not available." Sent messages through both their online portal and regular email. Finally got a text back... no one will talk to you live. They kept refusing to do anything by saying nothing was wrong. The near objects had a curve to them and the far focus was only a tiny circle straight ahead, not along the full top of the glasses as progressives are designed to be. They are unwearable and a scam! The glasses are better than I expected! The prescription I sent is dead on! Also the price is unbelievable for the quality! I'd give six stars if I could!!
