Very happy AGAIN. PERFECT

Fantastic experience. Between the offer I was able to utilise to get three pairs with the best costing and photo-chromatic lenses, to the accessories sent. All in all I’ll be using these guys again. I ordered on the 5th of September and my glasses arrived on the 14th. All in perfect condition and the prescription is spot on. No more headaches from newly prescribed astigmatism. The styles are gorgeous and different to anything else I’ve seen on other sites. If you’re curious, give them a chance. I know I’m glad I did.

I am a repeat customer, unfortunately. My pup kept chewing up my glasses (sometimes fell asleep with them on!) I live in Toronto Canada. I order on Sept 2 and without paying extra for shipping, I got them on Sept 14. 12 days is amazing!

This is the second time I have ordered from Muukal. A total of 5 pairs. The glasses are good quality and prescriptions have been consistently correct. Definitely recommend.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the company for a refund, I have not received a response to my email, texts, or phone calls. This situation is particularly frustrating because there is a limited window of 14 days from the date of receipt for their 100% satisfaction guarantee or a refund. Unfortunately, I am unable to use the glasses due to manufacturing errors. The seg height is set too low for the progression lenses, making it difficult to read. Holding the glasses above my eyebrows allows me to see, but adjusting my head does not improve the situation. Additionally, I paid for the ultimate coating for anti-reflection, which is not present on my other glasses. The reflection should show my eyes, not just the glass lens. Update on my review: As of yesterday, Muukal has responded to my text messages. I am still awaiting a resolution to my issue, but I believe they are attempting to assist me.

Glasses are exactly as pictured, RX is correct. Would purchase from them again.
