Brilliant glasses thank you

1st time shopper & I’m very pleased! I was skeptical of the 3 pair for $119; but it was really true ! Even with the upgraded lens’ it was still much less than the cost of 1pair from the Doctor. My glasses & prescriptions are right & we’ll look for glasses for my husband before the special ends! Thank you : repeat customer 🙂

Great price, quality eyewear and fast service, much faster than going through the local optometrist.

I ordered 3 pairs. 2 were good, the prescription on the 3rd was off. I have to hold them up high on my face to see out of the bifocal. And the transition doesnt work.

You did fine but my PayPal is now being hacked by HongKong Vision which makes me think you have problems in data security. That’s too bad because I thought you were an excellent company up until today.

From the moment I placed my order the customer service was excellent. I received an email asking for confirmation of my prescription as it is quite unusual. I sent confirmation which was acknowledged straight away. I received constant updates on the state of my order and once despatched, I was sent tracking information. Delivery took a little longer than expected but I could see where my order was at any time. I received my glasses, which were well packaged, in excellent condition. They fit perfectly and I have no issues with them whatsoever. I have been very impressed with MuukalOptical and will recommend them to my family and friends.

The glasses I ordered with my prescription are cute and stylish but they give me a horrible headache. One pair I can not wear at all because the prescription is so off.

It is so easy to order glasses fit so well and have many compliments on them. Thanks so much. I fell and broke my nose and scratched my lens really bad. Messaged them and they replaced them for me.
