Good quality , reasonable price

Love your glasses. Good quality, affordable prices!

Or arrived on time. And we As perfect

Very poor customer service. I kept waiting for my order to arrive and, after contacting the company, I was told they had cancelled my order (with no communication stating that). I have also received poorly created lenses and customer service was incredibly rude and minimally helpful.

Great price and great quality! Love it!

My glasses broke.

this company gives the best customer service, I know. I have bought from them a couple of times and both times when a small issue showed up with a pair of my glasses I ordered , they sent me an other pair. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs glasses and don't want to pay the sky high prices of stores at malls or eyedoctors in person.

One frame I ordered is an instant favourite, and is pretty perfect in every way. The other two - it was a poor frame choice on my part, and there was a slight lens problem on one pair, but Muukal sorted it out very kindly and patiently. Overall, I'm very happy. I'm already starting on my next order from them.
