Nice product, great customer communication. Glasses are decently made. I was amazed at the cost for what I was delivered! I had priced one pair of progressives in a "cheap" frame at my optometrist and was quoted $744 for one pair! I received 3 pair with upgrades for $149 inc taxes and delivery! This was a great way to try progressives and not commit to a huge price tag.

Like to pair my glasses the one pair I thought was black and white but instead it's clear and black which is disappointing I really wanted the contrast of the black and white but the lenses and all that is perfect. And you can't beat three pair of glasses for the price of one pair cost.

I’m all saving money. The selection is better than my local optometrist. My optometrist office wanted over $900. For a single pair of glasses, that’s with me providing the frame and using my insurance. I paid less than $200 for three pairs. This is my second time purchasing from Muukal, the purchasing process was easy. The hardest part was choosing which frame. I looked at my old frame found the size & model number on the ear piece, which helped narrow down the choices. The communication was nice the glasses were ready in a short time. I received an email with tracking information. Honestly I received my glasses faster than I would have going through the local office.

If I could give them minus stars I would. Ordered 3 pair of progressives glasses cannot see out of any of them. Their solution was to refund half the cost if i returned them to china paying tariffs. Considering they screwed up the glasses that was unacceptable. Now they are just not responding and i am stuck with hundreds of dollars of glasses i cannot use. Don’t be sucked in. Do not buy from muukal!!!
