MuukalOpticalReviews of muukal.com

This is the second time I have ordered from this company. Again, everything was on point. The glasses are awesome. I would highly recommend this company for glasses.

Packaging and shipping reliable. Customer service is good. Product is as pictured. I recommend this company to friends.

Don't trust this company. They are scammers. If the eyeglasses come with the right prescription consider yourself lucky. If the prescription isn't right, you will have to return them to CHINA SCAMMERS and they don't want to refund you. I paid the price, it's not worth the headache. Spend a little bit more and go with a US company. Even know they send the eyeglasses from Texas it's a Chinese company with a room in Lisa's house as a office. Trust me on this. SCAMMER ALERT!

Glasses are beautiful and inexpensive It was a great deal Definitely would buy again

I've been ordering my glasses from Muukal for years! Never had a problem with frames or scripts. Great selection of frames in lots of colors to match my fav outfits. Unless they change something, I will Always order from them and encourage my friends to also!

I have been buying all my glasses through Muukal for a few years now and I am extremely happy with the quality of my glasses and very pleased with their customer service. I have rarely had issues, and if I have, it's been with the frames, not my prescription! I have been wearing glasses for 63 years and have a progressive prescription. They have been very accurate with my prescription. I recently ordered another 3 pair for their special price. All of them except one pair were great! One frame cracked and lost the lens. I contacted customer service through email and they had me select another frame and remade a whole new pair, which I received today. As usual, the prescription was accurate and they fit well. I can't recommend Muukal enough! Thanks Muukal for excellent service!
