The frames have all gotten so large. But, I chose so that's on me. More concerning is the progressives don't line up correctly. I'm constantly tilting to find the zone especially driving. I doubt I will use these. I should have not done progressive and done bifocal. I wore one of the pairs for most of a day and finally changed out as I could not find a comfort level. No, this is not my first round of progressive lenses.

The glasses are not very close in color to the online example. They feel very thin and flimsy and very loose. I guess I didn’t research enough to know that transitions won’t transition in the car. I needed glasses for driving and not wanting to change pairs constantly. Customer service is slow to respond and short with their answers and not very helpful. I will not order again, especially when other online glasses websites have 15 day money back guarantee for the full price paid. Once again, I guess I don’t read the fine print close enough to see you only get half back minus shipping.

I ordered glasses from this company and a competitor on December 1, 2025. I received the competitor's glasses on December 22. I reached out on January 5 to inquire about my order from this company as it still did not even show manufacturing had started. There was no communication at all about my order, it was then simply cancelled. So after a month plus of waiting for glasses I need to see, I need to start over with a different company. Terrible customer service. I did not receive any emails from this company until they cancelled my order. It was worth $11 because they sent a new customer coupon that took $30 off for a new order.
