I got exactly what I ordered only problem is I accidentally ordered sunglasses. They are great but not what I needed. I have been ordering with them for 3 years. I’ll just have to order again to get the glasses I needed.

I should have received progressive lenses. But did not. I can only see at a distance with theses glasses. Even though I sent a copy of my prescription. I love the frames. But cant wear the glasses at all.

The price was right. The fit is good. I’m not too sure about the lenses. They seem a little “off” but since they’re Progressives, I need to give it some time. 2 of the frames I ordered are very similar to the glasses I’d been wearing for several years—super cute. The 3rd pair was my attempt to try something new. I went with a style that had tiny butterflies in the design. The glasses I received have 0 butterflies. 🫤. I’ll probably order again, though.

The gray pair seems to be wrong, the other two pair are fine. Not sure what happened, so what can we do about the issue. Please contact me and let me know what we can do. Thank you, David
