Quite frankly I can't wait to buy more, the experience was so satisfying. I got two pairs of reading glasses with an odd prescription that many local stores won't even fill. I could not be happier. Arrived within 2 weeks, are exactly what I wanted, and I can see! Thank you! Lenses are clear, frames as pictured and fit well.

I'm thrilled with the glasses and sunglasses that I have purchased from MUUKAL Optical. They offer an excellent selection of frames from traditional to edgy and wild. And they offer an outstanding value for the money. MUUKAL's customer support is top notch, too. I had problem with a pair of glasses a little bit ago. I just snapped a picture of the problem and emailed the customer service department. I had a reply within 12 hours acknowledging the problem and promising a replacement pair of glasses in about 2 weeks. They were just about spot on.

Fast shipping fits perfect and the price was awesome

This company is so awesome. I loved their website and all the glasses on there. I took me a while before I could pick the ones I wanted. I use to be a Vloo gram customer but not anymore. 3 pairs of glasses for 119.00 and you dont punish people that wears progressive lenses. Thank you so much. And you take my insurance also.

I am shocked at how much I love all 3 pairs of my new glasses. The prescription is perfect and so are the styles. So far so good ! I will be ordering more !

I ordered 3 pairs of “premium progressives” from Muukal in Nov of 2025. Here are my thoughts on the product received, and the company I received them from. Poor quality - progressives will have faint writing on the lenses that you cannot remove. You may not notice this until light catches them in just the right way. When that happens, it’s annoying as can be. I reached out to their support. When contacting support they claim that all progressives have this writing - yet I’ve never had this problem before with other vendors. These "premium progressives” do not feel premium. I notice far more distortion, and headaches than I do with my other pairs (from other vendors). If you have had a good pair of progressives before, these are NOT them. Poor customer service - don't be fooled by the Texas return address, on their website. when (not if) you have a problem, they will only accept them to their China warehouse - and they will use the costs of international shipping, and duties/customs charges to leverage you into accepting a partial refund. Note: They will also require that you remove any bad reviews to receive that partial refund. I don’t know where their customer service is located, but the times of responses would suggest they are somewhere in Asia. Don’t expect to resolve issues quickly. Update: They offered me a partial refund of $60 to remove my original review. Review has been edited to reflect my experience and provide more factual information. If current-me could go back in time and tell past-me not to order from this company, I would. Additionally, I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve tried to unsubscribe from their marketing emails, never seems to work. Update2: the offer to remake with a fainter mark was NEVER offered until this post went back up. Don’t trust anything this company says.

Very affordable glasses with quality

Very satisfied with how quickly they process the order.
