Great selection of frames and lens options. Surprisingly fast delivery

Muukal was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I ordered three pairs of prescription glasses, and all three arrived with prescriptions so far off that they were completely unusable. After reaching out, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked for multiple unnecessary items, including photos of myself wearing the glasses and additional copies of my prescription. This felt excessive and did nothing to address the actual problem. Their proposed solutions were either: Return the glasses to China at my own expense (including international shipping and customs fees), or Accept a partial refund that doesn’t come close to what I paid Neither option is reasonable when the error was not mine. At this point, I am still trying to obtain a proper resolution. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Muukal, especially for prescription lenses where accuracy is critical.

The prescription is great I can see perfectly with my bifocal glasses! The frames do not feel as sturdy as I thought they would be for the price of the glasses. I'll give them some time to see how they hold up. I thought I was going to receive the glasses in 3-5 days but there was some kind of delay and it took quite a bit longer. They did keep me updated and sent a link for tracking. I don't think I would order from this company again.

Ease of ordering. Excellent selection of frames and very affordable prices. Excellent customer service and delivery. Love all my new glasses.

Great prices, frames fit well. I used the try on and pleasantly surprised as they fit as they looked on try on.

My goodness! Never dreamed ordering glasses could be so easy. The customer service is incredible. The glasses fit perfectly and are beautiful! The speed of receiving the glasses was amazing fast. I would and will absolutely recommend MuukalOptical to friends and family. (In fact I already have!)

The glasses are great, but I cannot see distance with them. I’m not sure if the issue was with Muukal or with my ophthalmologist

I do not know if it is the anti glare coatings for computer use or what, but everything is clear except I cannot use my glasses when working on the computer, I have to revert to my old pair.
