MuukalOpticalReviews of muukal.com

I have ordered for many different online optometrist. Not only is this the cheapest place that I found for my type of prescription but also the phrase are outstanding the service. The customer service the communication 10 out of 10. Not only are my glasses exactly what I wanted. I’ve told at least 3 to 4 different people about this company. I will continually order my glasses from them three players of glasses with my prescription for the price that I paid is well worth it. They came exactly how I wanted them and no adjustments needed. One drawback be patient with the shipping time. This is not against them. It’s just based off of life where it is now and it took longer than I thought to come, but all in all I would do it again.

First and foremost I loved how fast the shipping is with Muukal! The shipping said it would take 18-21 business days (or something along those lines) but received the package within 7 business days. They had a great deal 3 for $119 so I definitely had to take advantage if that deal. Usually get my glasses from Americas Best and would spend over $200 on a pair of 2! Whenever you go on their website it’s very easy to navigate and love how you can use the virtual try on to figure out what pair you like. These glasses are not only very affordable, but also matched my prescription that I placed when ordering. I would definitely purchase from here again!

4/17 - Update - as of now they still have not responded to me. I wish there was a way to put pictures on here so I could show the entire text chain. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and all of a sudden I got my money back. So yes, they finally gave me my money back after all the trouble I went through however I still have not gotten a response from them. Original post — My glasses don’t work for me. They say they made them correctly however the seg height for the progressive lenses is not in the correct location. They told me they would give me a refund then stopped responding to me. Response to their comment— How about next step is you refund me like you said you would... really weird you can reply to my review but not my text messages... also I have worn larger frames for 10 years or more so it confused me why you are the only person who says they are too big .... Once you provide me a full refund for all purchases I will update my post… if you want the glasses back I already said I would bring them to you and you also continue to ignore me when I ask when I can bring them to you. At this point if you want them I feel you should send me a return label as I have gone out or my way to resolve this matter without making it public… I wish I could upload pics of all the text messages trying to resolve this

I have several eye conditions due to my age, so my prescription has changed frequently. Muukal offers an incredible selection of frames at an affordable price. I can afford to get new glasses when my prescription changes and they have matched the prescription perfectly every time. I always recommend Muukal to any of my friends needing glasses.

Beautiful glasses, super quick shipping

I bought these for sensory reasons but also because I suffer from migraines and dyslexia. Rose tint helps with both. Quality is really high and the price os incredibly low for the quality you are getting

ordered 2 pair of progressive glasses and 1 pair of progressive sunglasses. Very happy with all 3 pairs. One pair of the regular glasses, I ordered the driving lenses. Boy what a difference they make! also, upgraded to the premium progressive lenses on all 3 pairs, and that also made a big difference. Everything seems clearer and doesn't get fuzzy. I have other frames saved and will be placing another order soon. Also received them a lot sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise.

Prices are great but need to update styles
