The glasses I purchased came each in their own case with their own supplies. They were exactly what I wanted.I have ordered from them four, maybe five times I had to buy a case for all the glasses that I was buying.I love them all! Their customer service is fantastic. The shipping is really quick, even though it's from out of the country. I don't think you could find a better price or better quality elsewhere. I have a pair of glasses that I got from the eye doctor that even with insurance, I had to pay a $160 out-of-pocket.With Muukal, I can get 3 pairs for a $119. I will continue to use this place as my glasses store. They come out with new glasses all the time and you can get really awesome prescription sunglasses too.

My granddaughter told me about this, as she has several pairs from here and they are great.so while waiting for my new glasses thought I would give these a try.

I received my glasses in a timely manner! This is my 3 time for the 3 pair of glasses for $119.00. I tried to look at my order I thought one pair was glasses then when in the sunlight turn into sunglasses. Fit perfect, can see clearly and are very stylish!

Love my 3 pairs of glasses. I can see clearly and they look beautiful. I received them in fast. I would recommend to others.

I always have issues with them. Always give me a blurry prescription in a progressive. When you email them is one email per day amd ot takes forever. They made me choose another pair because they said the one I chose was too big as a frame and its why the prescription was blurry. Mind you, I have order other pairs from them always the same size but this one being the worst. My fault!, never will order again. Paine glasses always gets them right!.

I ordered three pairs of glasses on their promotion. After waiting several weeks they arrived. All three pairs were unusable. Each had a different problem. One pair I couldn't see out of at all, seemed like someone else's prescription. One pair made by right eye ball feel like it was pulling to the right and I couldn't see far away. One pair I couldn't see far away and was slightly blurry in the right eye. When I contacted them they offered two new remakes or a $70 refund (after much back and forth). Why should I pay $84 (total $159) for something I can't use? And why can't them remake all three pairs since I bought three pairs. I'm very disgusted. Oh, I could ship them back to China but I'd have to pay the shipping and import costs.

Seamless transaction.

3 x pairs of Glasses delivered promptly. Lovely frames and my varifocal prescription was spot on! Was able to claim cost back from my UK medical cover with the invoice provided on request. Will definitely purchase again!
