I had to return a pair of glasses. I was emailing back and forth with your company. I emailed asking how to order my replacement pair of glasses and never heard back for anyone. I just emailed to the glasses I would like to replace the bad pair.

I purchased the buy 3 for $119. and even sent a copy of my RX. They don't appear to be "PROGRESSIVE". THE READING PART IS WAY AT THE BOTTOM, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO READ! The return policy - I see now, says you only get 50% back.... No way do I recommend!
