I have an issue with the prescription, the pd is incorrect and doesn't match my prescription. They started with a scare tactic stating that I would have to pay tariffs if I returned the glasses. Made refund offers for less than half of what I paid or only replacing 2 pairs of glasses. PayPal was absolutely no help. I gave muukal all of the info they requested, had my prescription and my glasses checked again by the optometrist. Provided that information to Muukal as well. Now they will only give me a full refund if I pay for shipping the faulty items back to China. I'm still losing out for their error. I have been purchasing glasses from them for at least 6 years. Not anymore when the consumer loses.

Although I I am pleased with the frames and prescription, I had intended to order 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses. I was disappointed to see that only one pair was sunglasses. I tried to contact you 3 times, but to no avail. I ordered 4 pairs of glasses in all (2 for myself and 2 for my husband) and I’m hoping you can offer a solution to this issue. Thank you very much. Fabulous glasses, perfect fit, great price and prescription is exactly right. I was a little concerned, as my lenses are progressive and I’ve had problems before, but no - they got it exactly right! I will be buying all my glasses here in future!

Muukal seem to offer some of the better deals compared to other online prescription glasses stores. Their service is reliable and good value. I really love some of their groovy frames. Lens quality is very good.
