Arrived do quick!

ordering was easy and the item we ordered arrived within days of the order. We were able to put them to use immediately. Thank you.

Good company to deal with. Received my order in a week. I only wished they would have sent me a tracking number when they sent it.

Product was good and price was good. But website could use some work. Especially the search engine. For example punching in "drillco a-z drill bit set" will yield over 1500 results with the top results from alternate brand. You have to scroll down the list to find "26PC DRILL BIT SET A-Z" and several others that fit the search. Tip to grow your business: Fire your website manager/contractor and add google search to your website. Price was good and shipping was fast. Lots of specialty and harder to find items. I would try these guys again but doing business with them can be a bit frustrating. Overall my shopping experience was a "C" grade.

Very easy and quick to work with.

Excellent product and service. Many thanks.

great experience, very knowledgeable

Customer service is excellent but did find out price of items are marked up double vs ordering from manufactures website. A bit price of gouging I feel like
