Mutual Screw & SupplyReviews of mutualscrew.com

We recieved our order and it was exactly as expected. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient in getting us much needed supplies!

Good product

Took a while for my drill bits to get home but overall great experience. Shipping took double the time it was expected to get here of 10 days from the day I ordered till I got it in my front step.

I ordered an item and I received a different item then I ordered. The one I received had been previously sent and returned by another customer and substituted with a cheap counterfeit item. I contacted my representative (Jim Palese VP Internet Operations ) from the Mutual screw company multiple times the email and have received no response. I guess they don’t want to acknowledge the fact that they have an issue and they are taking no steps to resolve the issue given a give it a chance to do it. My trust in this vendor is a one star. Yes they were able to get my order to me but that’s where it ends. They have lived up to their name sake.

My order arrived quickly and very well packed. Plus it was a reasonable price. What more could I ask for?

Wish I could order more. Face shield is fantastic.

What a wonderful company. Prompt and courteous service.

Very good service and products!
