Not the best experience. I'm not exactly sure who or what is behind the song diagnostics. The ratings seem to be all over the place. Most definitively biased against instrumental works. This is a "pay-to-play" model which is similar to the Monday night new band slot at long-gone nightclubs in Boston. The old trick was to get new talent to play for nothing (sell their own tickets) and perhaps have enough attendance to move up to Tuesday. Either way, this is not the most efficient system for locating independent artist works for licensing.

I love the way I can use SoundCloud to submit music, and the feedback I get from music professionals.

I have mainly had good experiences. The only thing I would complain about is that several MIPS did not respond over the past year or two and I did not get my money back. I have had no success when trying to contact your group about resolving this issue.

Everything is a plot to get more money. What happened to the day's people heard quality music and felt they could make a difference in the lives of others and benefit on the backend of what they believe in. Companies like Musicxray and Taxi are all about them making money, they could care less about the artist's progression. You pay upfront for someone listening to your material, hear super glowing words that in the end are just empty banter hoping to play on people's emotions enough for them to spend more of their money with little of no hopes of doing anything of what they advertised. I'd love to have a sit down with a group of people that actually benefited from sites like this. I get it that you have to put in, but damn, when did the pendulum shift to the sharks who create ways to get artists money by any means become more important than the artist?

I have used Musicxray for a couple of years,and was pleased at what the site offered.Lately the site has been a disappointment! I pay 10$ for an diagnostic and it never happen's. I pay for opportunity review and song stay's in pending stage forever! What's that all about? At this point I'm pretty much done with the site!
