I have been waiting since they closed to pay me my money back. I was told for 6 months that i would be paid. I have emailed them and emailed them to no avail. No one has responded and I was told time and time again that I would get a refund. Still as of today nothing.

1/12/24 If I could give less stars for music xray I would, Ive been using them for three years and I've paid them according to the 28 times that my song has just sit there with nothing or no one to hear it, I threatened to have an attorney contact them they sent me 28 emails saying in the same day saying my song was not selected an by them going over the 45 day period they owed me 419.50 ok we'll the same pay pal account I used to pay them with says its invalid! Yeah ok, well I cant request my 419.50 now because my email is wrong! Not, they have no intentions on refunding just a portion of the money I've spent to have my Songs heard, but you know what if they can live with themselves I can too they cant take it to Hades with them, the Lord see and knows what theyve done, I forgive them and will pray for them! But I will not Ever use them again! So heres your warning!

MusicXray says it will deliver "diagnostics" (essentially, feedback from supposed "Music Industry Professionals") for your music. It charges for the service. Unfortunately, I have paid for two of my tracks to get "diagnostics". I have received no feedback whatsoever in respect of either. For one of the tracks, I have waited over 6 months and for the other, it is now approaching 2 months. "Support" tells me that MusicXray has no control over the people reviewing the music, but won't accept that even after 6 months of waiting, refunding my money would be the decent thing to do. I have noticed that many of the positive reviews on TrustPilot appear to be a "copy & paste" job, which suggests they are fake. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

Scam Scam and Scam...it's all about the fee for this the fee for that and so on, and you never get anything out of it...I've been in the music industry for more than 30years, had dozens of Top10 Billboards hits, Multi Platinum and so on...and I'm telling avoid at all cost...

Oh my God. Music X-Ray are really scraping the bottom of the barrel trying to prop up its rating with fake, paid reviews instead of actually improving their stupid site. Read all these so called 4 star reviews in broken English-all using the same headings-then writing things like Music x-ray, good platform- music, good for making pocket?? donkey, turkey, life preserver!!!!!!! These people have obviously never made music, let alone tried to use music x-ray to have it placed. Music x-ray is a SCAM pure and simple. They do not have exclusive access to the syncing opportunities they promote. It's just a third party money making site aimed at getting hopes up of musicians and then failing to deliver. Even trust pilot acknowledges that music x-ray misuse the trust pilot reviews. Finally Music-ray have a quarterly payout practice so when they do refund your fees for submissions, they hang on to your money for up to 4 months, collecting interest on money they are not lawfully allowed to retain. BEWARE THIS SCAM SITE.

No Online Radio is Legit, Online Radios are just websites just like your facebook page. A true radio is one with a tall tower and a huge building that shares a radio wave spectrum and is registered by the FCC. If your song is not on your Grandfathers Radio in his car and is instead on unkown website you have to google then beleive me its a scam.
