used it before a few years ago and it went well. yet now i cant get anything to print. I don't want to hassle with an app that wont load because of an old Mac. plus no customer help for us west coasters that have time after work yo do this. ugg. I will look for another provider if I cant figure this out

I had absolutely no problem finding, paying for, and printing the sheet music I wanted. I would use them again.

The site is slower than molasses and often won't load the music I want to look at. Don't waste your time with this site!

When I went to the order summary and clicked on the link to print the music, nothing came up----it said to scroll to the bottom and I did and there was no music. When I contacted music notes "support" he said refresh my page. I did, had the same issue, emailed again and they responded back saying "I had no problem accessing the music, you must've been on the wrong page---here it is" HA! that's almost funny. Really? the support team for the company had no problem accessing the music from their computer? -----cuz i was talking about not being able to access it from MY computer. uhhhhh Dear Music Notes, a bit of common sense business suggestion, instead of blaming the customer---maybe let them know what page they need to be on? I am pretty computer savvy, and while its definately a possability that i could have been clicking on the wrong "click here to print music" link----on the wrong order summary page, its never good business to blame the customer.

Has great music, but I have no idea why they would have the entire music available to screenshot and then print, without payment... seems stupid.

I must admit that I was a bit sceptical after reeding the reviews, but decided to try them anyway. I am happy to say, that I experienced none of the difficulties notes in the other reviews. I had no trouble printing, the quality is good, no blurry notes and lines. And the interactive app has worked great for me so forth. I would by sheet music here again, and the price is reasonable.

I've been using Musicnotes since 2002. The original player worked fine, but this new player can't do half of what the original player could. Being a drummer trying to play piano (tough by myself), I appreciated how the original player was able to highlight a single note, chord, or measure. It made learning a song easier. The new player does none of this! Also, when I review music, the player actually plays the grace notes written in the songs, but when I download them, it loses the ability. The grace notes are no longer heard (although they are still written in the song) Bring back the old player!!!
