MusicnotesReviews of musicnotes.com

Technical problems when trying to print out music purchased. All I could do was screen shot 5 pages and print from these. Very disappointed!

I had a complaint which was quickly resolved. The sheet music they have on their website is good.

Couldn't access my purchase, I've been waiting for a response. Not impressed

Lousy website worst customer service. Certainly quick to charge my card. Gave it 1 star only because it listed music I wanted but useless since can't print.

Highly recommend using the app to store and use the sheet music, makes learning pieces quicker and easier

Musicnotes is a great source for a nice variety of music, superbly presented in PDF and audio formats. I particularly enjoy the ability to listen to the music in various keys (and follow along within the PDF), before purchasing, and have used the site for many years as a learning tool for choral and solo performances. It is a wonderful feature that music can be heard before purchasing, and can be adjusted according to the desired key, so as to eliminate the need of on site transposition. It is a great source, particularly for folks who do not read music well. And their library is quite extensive.

Easy purchase and instant downloads, beginner to advanced arrangements, and most songs available in several versions as well as for various instruments.

The service is fine. Not great, but fine. With that said, once you've signed up, they will keep charging you until you cancel your credit card on them. The site's links do not include a 'cancel' option anywhere - they just run you through a circle of 'customer service' articles until you get frustrated and give up. It's easier getting out of a time share than cancelling this service! This company has zero ethics. Get involved at your own risk!
