This a hopeless web site when things do not go right. After making a purchase and trying to download the windows music player I have given up, All reviews of the digital download programme give a one star rating. The windows store is useless with download always saying download is pending but with no way to move forward. The main web site gives the usual runaround with FAQ that ignore the problem
