The best feature of this website is that it allows you to preview the first page of an arrangement to make sure you like the way it sounds and it is at your skill level. Also the iPad app allows you to import PDFs so that all of your music is located in one place.

My wife who passed away 1.5 yrs ago had an account, after recently getting an email from this company i requested that the account be closed as it will never be accessed The response from the support team shows an account CAN NEVER BE CLOSED Here is their response “ As the account already placed an order with us, we are unable to delete the account entirely. This is due to the fact that publishers require we provide them with records of which countries their copyright-protected sheet music products were purchased in. We also must keep record of transactions for accounting reasons.”

Hi Gary, we're sorry you recieved this response, it's not how we want to handle situations like this. We've addressed the issue internally and have put a new procedure in place for account removals. We can confirm the account you contacted us about has been permanently closed.

Musicnotes site has been invaluable when I've needed music quickly. Particularly during lockdown. I was looking for an easy duet for my daughters to play at an online concert at school and found it here, quickly and it was exactly the right level for them - and I could just download it straight away! Thank you, Musicnotes - you're my first port of call!
