I like the reminders to check in with the nurse or doctor if I had questions although I was disappointed that conferring with the doctor only lasted about 3 months since my treatment is suppose to go on for a year. I guess you can pay extra for more advice, but if the treatment is for a year, the doctor advice should be also. The fading of the spots on my face was a slow process, but the nurse kept reminding me to stick with it, which I did faithfully and still do, and it paid off! I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend it to others.
