Gritty, greasy, ineffective
The formula is gritty and caused really painful acne. It never dries down, feels greasy and tacky even an hour after applying. Did not lighten my spots, either, even after almost 60 days at 12% hydroquinone. The app sucks. It’s not useful or intuitive in terms of navigation. Missed an e nurse check up- because it notification for the social media components but not for check ins??- so I’m not eligible for a refund. Disappointing to say the least.
