Misleading Misinformation
Was charged $20 for a doctor to tell me in 2 sentences I wasn't a candidate for the medication I requested. Why wasn't this just flagged and auto-denied in the screening process? This could easily have been AI. Quit leading people on and lying to them, Musely. Have some Tegridy.

Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re sorry this felt frustrating! The $20 exam fee covers a board-certified dermatologist’s clinical review of your questionnaire, photos, and medical history to determine candidacy. Some conditions can’t be fully auto-screened; a clinician has to make the call. A short message doesn’t mean a cursory review—it reflects the outcome of that evaluation. We also don’t use AI to make prescribing decisions. That said, we want to make this right!
