I don't recommend... They don't customize for you or your sensitivities
I am a customer of Musely for another product and I placed an order for the Modern Hair Treatment and asked the doctor to please remove the melatonin and caffeine. The doctor writes back they can't customize a compounded medication so they refund my money but keep $20.00. They should state on their website they can't customize your medication. Any other compounding pharmacy can customize your prescription. But apparently they cannot. They are losing a good customer. I reached out to support for a full refund and they were no help at all. They said the doctor wrote a prescription so they couldnt refund my 20.00. Which is incorrect. The doctor did not write a prescription for the medication I requested.

The whole process has been easy
The whole process has been easy, from getting the product to managing refills. I’ve been using the anti-aging (hormone) cream, and the results are very good. Clear skin and reduced wrinkles.
