!!!!THEY BLOCKED ME ON INSTAGRAM!!!! My tracking was marked as “refused” but their website says “delivered”. I explained to them I am leaving for vacation and will not be present for a re-delivery so to please process a refund. They only offered re-shipment or a credit. I explained to them neither option would work due to leaving for vacation the following morning and due to this delivery error I had to see a local dermatologist that morning where I was prescribed a topical cream so that I can take it on vacation. I also explained I do not feel comfortable switching creams due to cream content and skin sensitivity. I stated if they are unable to issue a refund for an item I did not receive to let me know so that I can contact my financial institution. I just received a notification that a delivery is scheduled for today from Musely. I already explained I was leaving for vacation (on my flight currently) and will not be present for a re-delivery. My building does not have a mailroom just a lobby, so this package will be left in a communal area for 3 weeks and is likely to be stolen as this is the current culture of my building. This is not the best first impression of a company catering to patients. Why my email was ignored (no response) and disregard is beyond me. Even if I were to consider this company at a later time I definitely won’t be now. Thankful for documentation with timestamps. Update: They attempted to flag my review as “defamatory” and Trustpilot determined it was not. Instead of contacting me directly, you flagged a valid complaint after commenting? They finally emailed me and provided a refund for the item, not the doctors appt. They did all of that just to block me on Instagram and who knows what else. Thank you Trustpilot!

I ordered from Musely expecting top quality, but the service fell short. The online dermatology consult was slow, my order got delayed without clear updates, and attempting a refund became an exhausting process. Would not recommend.

What made this more than great was having a dr work on the right treatment for my problem and so far I love it consistency is the key 🔑 from dark sport to a way more clear skin tone.

I have the spot cream and I love it , it has made a difference in how I feel about myself.
