Fabulous Customer Service over monthly Charges
I was not aware I could potentially be charged a monthly fee for the MuscleCharge App. I saw 3 months of charges on my credit card and contacted their support group to find out what was going on. They were fast, kind, courteous and professional and with no questions asked, and refunded every charge I was not aware of. I was so appreciative!

Our program operates on a subscription model, with all pricing and renewal terms clearly shown before purchase and included in the confirmation email. Subscriptions remain active until canceled, and charges only occur with prior authorization.
