Good application the timer is a very good feature. The pdf sent by email to print needs better illustration as some titles do not match the schedule descriptions.

it was good even though it was short time except for the chair but finding time to do it....was my biggest issue so, I could not do it daily but every 2 to 3 days.

Hello I just got the app and not sure for how long i can use it? I paid for 4 weeks program. Can i continue see the exercises after 4 weeks to repeat too? Its a bit too much information and suggestions. Please reply to my review because its might be a pulse in my exercise sometimes. Please reply to me Kind regards

Like many apps, your initial subscription starts with the plan you purchased and then renews at the standard rate unless you cancel. You’ll still be able to access the exercises even after the 4 weeks, so you can modify or repeat them at your own pace.
