Con mi esposa cada mañana hacemos silla, pero lamentablemente ya lo estamos repitiendo y está pensado para hacerlo una vez y seguir con otras dinámicas, pero nosotros nos funciona la silla, mejoramos nuestra movilidad

Plenty of exercise options in the app. Really enjoying the Tai Chi component. Also, the daily tracking of weight and water intake is a positive.

The app keeps me motivated and on track. Last time I worked out this regularly I was attending a police academy! Muscle Charge also worked with me to maintain use of their app at a more affordable cost. Being on a fixed income, that is a huge plus! I’ve also managed to lose twenty-four pounds so far! The program works!
