I enjoy the Tai Chi Fitness Program
I enjoy the whole program. Working out to Tai Chi, Strength, Chair, and Military Calisthenics. I consistently get a good workout from these fitness categories. Especially, when the workout is about 15 to 20 minutes long but somewhat intense.

Easy to do and fun.
It is a very unusual and easy to do. I am still trying to learn all of the different techniques. I like the fact that you do something different every time. And that it is easy to do and it doesn't take much time. And that you can do it at home and you don't have to drive to a gym or buy a lot of equipment. You can do it anywhere. Thank you.

Hi Robert, Thanks for taking the time to drop a great review! Glad to hear you’re enjoying the variety and the convenience. That’s the exact goal—solid, effective routines you can knock out anywhere without wasting time driving to a gym or messing with extra gear. Mastering new techniques takes time, so stick with it and build at your own pace. If you ever need guidance as you move forward, we’ve got your back. Stay focused and keep at it! Best, Albert

The reason I re joined was the deal of…
The reason I re joined was the deal of £15-99 per month for tia chea. The draw back was then being charged £30-00, which I was able to stop through my bank. I only wanted the cheap deal not the "coach" thing. But I'm happy with the deal I got as I was able to cancel the coach thing. So be careful if renewing to get the deal YOU want without the "tag ons".
