On-line sales with integrity!
First, the product. I received a calendar with assignments for each day. Also, an accompanying illustrated explanation of each of the required exercises. That is exactly what I wanted! Second, the company. I had occasion to ask about some of the extras and related financial issues. I received a prompt response that clearly wanted to resolve my questions. Amazingly, these communications were from real people who understood my questions without having to go through a survey or upsell. They just wanted to resolve my questions. That is incredible in this day of on-line sales! I am impressed!

Amazing Rep!
OMG Jess thank you so much this means so much to me so I can continue my goals!!!! This was my response to an issue I had after have a problem that I had that resulted in me having to have a neck surgery. And Jess was able to assist me above and beyond to make sure I didn't lose out on my membership time or goal timeliness!

Ik had een onjuist e-mailadres ingevoerd waardoor in niet ontving. Na een negatieve beoordeling hebben ze contact met me opgenomen en perfect geholpen. De app werkt nu. Een prima klantenservice. Om die reden ben ik zeer tevreden over deze app

So far the app has worked extremely…
So far the app has worked extremely well in helping me monitor my fasting whilst also monitoring my calorie intake. The AI tool to determine the meal calorie content is excellent.

GREAT SUPPORT
First of all, when I contacted Support, they were very quick to reply. Once they knew my full issue, they walked me through trouble shooting it. The last 2 sets of trouble shooting directions were technically related to my phone. They did not have to go that far, But they did. My problem is fixed, and I can begin my journey with So many different types of Beginner Exercises. If you are on the Fence. Take it from me. You have to try this!! 2 👍👍

Having had a serious accident in March…
Having had a serious accident in March last year where I received an electric shock and fell 13 feet on to a concrete floor, landing with my back on the edge of a step, fracturing my spine at vertebrae L1, having battled to walk properly again, my left arm suffered muscle atrophy and the muscles on that arm were smaller than my right, I contacted Muscle charge to see if Tai Chi could help me, the staff have been amazing, they gave me an exercise plan specific to my injury with out further damaging my back, I am getting closer to how my body should be, largely thank to Muscle charge and their specialist staff that went out of their way to help me, forever grateful to these guys.
