They are not legitimate orthopedic sneakers as they are advertised. The shoes I received have the word “Fashion” written up the back. Thats how I would describe them - cheaply made, fashion footwear. As others have stated, to return them, you have to pay to have them shipped back to China. Or as they offered me, 30% refund and a $30 store credit. Neither is acceptable. Especially since I was under the impression the company was located in the United States given the company name was Musabela USA. Wish I had done my research before purchasing! Shame on me! The company replied to this post and said they would reach out to me via email. As of this update, they have yet to follow up.

I walk 12 miles a day and was looking for a good pair of shoes that won't cause me pain. These shoes are definitely how advertised. Great arch support and comfortable for long walks.

Thanks to Caroline from the support team that helped me exchange my original order for a different color. Shoes are exactly as how advertised, strong arch support, comfortable and can be worn for hours without feeling any discomfort!

The shoes are cheap made and hurt my feet.I work 16 hour shifts and need shoes that don’t hurt my feet. These shoes are advertised to be comfortable and relieve foot pain all day. When I requested my money back they informed me my I had to pay 96.00 to ship them back to China, which I was unaware that was where they were coming from when I ordered them. Please these scam artist should be stopped.

Like all my previous Musabela shoes this pair is perfect!! Great fit with no need to brake them in. Extremely comfortable while being stylish. Fit correctly. Looks and feels good when walking.

Terrible cheap products, no arch supports in the shoes and overpriced. Typos on the branding, thin soles, insoles are uncomfortable. When I asked to return the item, I was informed I needed to pay the shipping charge to return them overseas, which wasnt mentioned when i ordered them! They then offered me a 30% refund to keep the shoe, £30 for a pair of shoes that looked like they could have been a tenner on a marketstall. Don't buy from this company! Interestingly they haven't posted my review on their website either! Update - I have not been contacted by this company either since this review! Scam!

Musabela is my new favorite shoe brand. Great arch support. Come with additional inserts so you can adjust the fit.
