I ordered my product on line. It was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. I am very pleased.

Everything was great other than a receipt was not available once the transaction was made. Neither online nor in an email. Other than that the product I wanted was in stock and it was shipped the same day. I would recommend Murphy for their market segment.

The 12 mm Pewag chain arrived in a reasonable time and appears to be well made and finished. I have not tried to cut it, and I doubt any wannabe thief will either unless he has a cutting torch. It looks pretty daunting. With a Sigtuna lock with 5/8" hardened shackle it should deter any but the most determined pro thief. There are many boats in the moorage more expensive and less securely locked than mine.

I ordered two ratchet type load binders. I wanted to purchase items made in USA, which I did. Unfortunately my order was sent to the wrong address and I never received that order. When I contacted Murphy Industrial they verified that the order was sent to the wrong address but immediately sent me a replacement order which arrived in two day. So, although the mis-shipment was frustrating their response to the issue was excellent and very customer oriented. I understand mistakes can be made - it is just as important how they are handled and Murphy demonstrated high integrity and great customer service.
