Excellent customer service!

I still dont have order deliver or an update to pick up

The bad: Ordered 8 slings, received 7 good ones but 1 that was only partially fabricated. The good: They gladly FedExed a replacement that arrived 3 days later.

Murphy sent my order within a few hours of having received it. When it arrived at my residence, however, the box was saturated with water, not intact, and not all of the contents were present. I notified Murphy of the problem--which was obviously an issue with the carrier-- and they immediately resent my order and dealt with the delivery service themselves. There was not even a question regarding responsibility. Murphy's representative, Zack, was cordial, thoughtful, and professional. The product I ordered was of the highest quality and met all of my expectations. In my experience, Murphy exhibited exceptional customer service and has superior products.

Best quality and value ever

I used it to cover my bicycle security chain. The material is thick and durable so I don’t think it will be ripping or fraying anytime soon. I used zip ties on the ends to secure it to the chain links and it look and works great.
