Nice product

We have had our shower head since February 2025. Today turned on shower and the spray part of the head just shot off forcefully. Luckily it didn't hit me in my head or face otherwise it there would have been a significant injury. That how forceful it was. And no we did not have the spray on full force either nor even if we did that shouldn't happen. That could cause a serious injury especially if a child or elderly person were to use it and that happened. I need a full refund and paid postage to send this faulty product back. Continued from previous review. I was told by Angela that they would replace it and then emailed me back and said can't replace because it's past return date even though their product was defective. I will be contacting bbb and attorney general. Sent from my Galaxy

I love my new showerhead. I enjoy having a shower even more .

This product does what it says the addition I needed to make was an adjustable guide to lower and higher as needed.

I absolutely love this shower head - the pressure feels amazing and the filter has definitely made my skin feels less dry. Buy one - you won’t regret it!

The shower head seems good. One of the bases that holds the head cracked during install. Cheap plastic I think.

The shipping time took a little longer than expected but that’s okay. So far everything as advertised is great. I love the pressure and the water coverage. The only issue I can see so far is that it leaks a little bit from the central button. There’s not a washer or anything I can personally do to fix that, otherwise it’s great.

The filter might be the highlight, but the design is great overall. The shower head has these cones that direct a larger flow to pass, but then direct it to a smaller opening, similar to a diffuser, which increases pressure. The filter removes impurities from the water, allowing you to enjoy a Mount Fuji-level shower, even if you live in an area with hard water. Honestly, I felt like I was back in Japan with the level of cleanliness I got to experience 10/10
