Beware of hidden, unauthorized recurring subscriptions at checkout!
I am writing this to warn others because, unfortunately, I am not the only one who has fallen into this trap. I bought a shower head from Muravai, only to discover later that they automatically enrolled me in a recurring monthly filter subscription without my explicit knowledge or approval. Their checkout process is intentionally misleading, sneaking a subscription into the order. This is a highly deceptive business practice. If you buy from them, check your bank statements immediately. I did not agree to recurring charges, and I am demanding a full refund and the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized plan. Stay away!
