SCAM. There is a decrease in water pressure, and 1 was faulty (the spray pattern didn't change its just comes through the middle of the shower head). When I contacted them, instead of getting a refund, I was told I had to pay shipping to return the product, or they could offer me 40% refund then when I asked where I'd be returning it, this offer went up to 60% but the quality of the item is very cheap and the water pressure is nothing like advertised so I should be getting a full refund. I imagine they don't want the product back as it's a drop-shipping store as the tracking number comes straight from China. SCAM, avoid.

The different spray modes should function distinctly, so if yours wasn’t working as expected, it’s possible you received a defective unit, and we sincerely regret that. Regarding refunds, we absolutely could have provided you with a full refund upon return. Our policy states that if a customer chooses to return a product, it would be sent back to our U.S. warehouse, but the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. To clarify, we are a U.S.-based company, but we utilize international fulfillment centers when our domestic warehouses are at full capacity.
