MuravaiReviews of muravai.com

The other 5 star reviews MUST be bots because theres simply no way real people are complimenting this company. Muravai is a straight-up scam company, and this showerhead is living proof. This isn’t some “innovative product” — it’s the kind of flimsy junk you’d find in a dollar store bin, except Muravai marked it up and packaged it with enough fake hype to fool people like me. I’ve never felt more ripped off by a purchase in my life. Their Instagram ads are everywhere, promising life-changing showers, slick videos, and constant fake BOGO deals. They say “ships in 3 days,” but mine showed up WEEKS later, the literal day before I left for college, in boxes that looked like they’d been used as soccer balls. Inside? Scratched-up plastic garbage. And that BOGO deal? Complete lie. They sent me one. The “showerhead” itself is laughable. The water pressure is so weak it’s basically two sad little circles dribbling water, completely useless for rinsing anything. The “3 modes” are mist, circles, and mist-with-circles — all equally trash. Whoever designed this has never taken a shower in their life. And the little scalp-scratcher attachment? It turned into a mold colony faster than anything else in my bathroom. That alone should tell you what kind of junk material this is made from. Muravai isn’t selling showerheads. They’re selling cheap dropshipped plastic with a marketing budget. They pump out fake five-star reviews, slap together Instagram ads, and cash in while people burn money on something that’s not worth even $5. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Bottom line: Muravai is a scam operation, and this showerhead is hot garbage. Save your money, save your time, and don’t let these clowns profit off you like they did me. If you buy this thing, you might as well just set your money on fire — at least you’d get some heat out of it.

Very easy install, water pressure is AMAZING and I've never felt cleaner after a shower. Filter replacement is simple and removing the showerhead to use the jet mode for cleaning is very helpful.

after a mishap with the first shower head, they sent me a replacement, and it's been great ever since!

The shipping of the showerheads took much longer than anticipated, and when the showerheads showed up, the packages were smashed, and the boxes were damaged because they were enclosed in a soft envelope. Luckily, none of the showerheads were broken. You should buy when the showerheads showed up, the packages were smashed, and the boxes were damaged because they were enclosed in a soft envelope. Luckily, none of the showerheads were broken. You should probably ship everything in boxes with protective insulation.ship everything in boxes with protective insulation. After I installed the two showerheads, one of the showerheads fit in one of my showers the other one the showerhead holder is not flexible enough to move the head so it's showering straight down. In a standard shower, it makes the showerhead spray to the back in the shower and gives you no room to step out of the way of the shower.

Been a couple weeks now. Amazing shower head , amazing water pressure. Definitely recommend it if you have low water pressure. I thought I needed to replace pipes. Thank you Muravai

One of the shower heads was cracked so it drips like crazy while in use. The water pressure is legit and as advertised. I’m not going through the trouble to send the cracked one back.

I had placed my order of the buy one, get one with a shower kit. There was a mishap after the order confirmation. I received only one of the shower heads and when looking at the confirmation e-mail, found that the order must of got refreshed during checkout and switched to just one shower head. After I received my order, I contacted customer service to see if I could still get the buy one, get one deal and Angela was very helpful and had the rest of my original order sent right away. The shower head works as expected. Installation was simple, the water pressure is great and I am very pleased with the item so far. The only thing I feel is missing is maybe a couple more shower settings, like a jet spray setting.

This shower head is absolute trash. It’s made of cheap plastic and low-quality materials. The company claims it filters water and improves hair and skin quality, but that’s a complete lie—it doesn’t filter anything. The whole website is misleading. They don’t even allow customers to leave honest reviews, which says everything. The so-called “guarantee” is also a scam: it’s ridiculously complicated, and they try to charge an outrageous fee just to discourage returns. This is nothing more than a fraud designed to take your money. Don’t fall for it. Don’t buy it, don’t buy it.
