I did a lot of research when it came to buying a filtered shower head and THIS was the best choice hands down. What angers me is when you see these fake scam ones for a fraction of the cost even using the real manufacturer as in Muravai, it comes down to one simple thing "you get what you pay for" I have two of them and absolutely love them immensely. I can't vote to say exactly how much they filter out but the pressure, the feel of the water is completely different. I did have to do some "Jerry rigging" so to speak, when it comes to placing it on to the shower so all I did was used an existing cradle and it works just great!! All in all I think the only complaint I would have is the Cradle on what it comes with is really not that great and the company could use better materials for a better design.

Overpriced item for low quality. It's all cheap plastic and starts breaking within a month. First thing to go is the hose. We bought a deal and got 2, but the shower head breaks down with cracks, leaks etc within 3 months. The manufacturer couldn't care less about complaining and wanting a refund for a bad product. Do not buy this! Look for quality products made of metal.

Plastic components that do not hold up to proper installation. Shower head may be fine, but main plumbing components are made of flimsy plastic.

The best shower head I've ever used. Just totally perfect. Can feel the softness of the water.

Terrible company. I wanted to give their shower head a try since they spend a lot on advertising and spam you like crazy on social media. I gave in and finally gave them a try. 8 days after use, it started leaking from the sides of their cheaply made shower head. The following day I contacted their customer support for return instructions. 3 days and multiple email exchanges later, they have still not provided me a return address. Instead they keep stating that I’ll be responsible for shipping costs for the return, which I’ve been well aware of from the first email sent, and keep trying to offer me a partial refund, which I’ve told them multiple times that I do not want. For 3 days the support agent has avoided my request to return their crappy shower head and provide me the FULL ADDRESS to their warehouse in Miami, FL. At this point I believe they have no interest in receiving their items back and is taking every measure possible to surpass their 40-day return policy in order to avoid providing me a full refund, which I find very unethical. If this happens, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Great output pressure I want to know about these paper filters compared to the other ones that have the beads? Where is the charcoal filter Please explain how paper is supposed to be an 18 stage filter

When I first got it I loved it only after 4 months of using it it has a leak coming from the area where you select the pressure. It seems they don’t have any other way to get in contact with customer service.
