Hi Arkadiusz, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We know it’s frustrating to see a difference in the discount you expected. Because we don’t artificially inflate our prices like some of the other guys, our discounts may not look as large but our pricing is always competitive (and usually better)! Our discounts vary by region and based on retail and the cost each of our truck stop partners set. While there are some variables we can’t control, we strive to provide the best prices we can. We hope you’ll give us another chance at your next fill-up!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the confusion. With Mudflap, you don’t pay at the pump to get our discounts—you pay through the app. So the price shown at the pump isn't the price you pay. Here’s how it works: 1. Open the app and pick a fuel stop from our map. 2. Tap the green button to get a fuel code. 3. Redeem your fuel code at the truck stop. 4. Pump your fuel and get instant savings. Our customer support team is available 24/7 at 1-888-885-3835 or [email protected] if you’d like assistance or have any questions about how Mudflap works. We hope you’ll give us another shot!

Hi Harold, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We’d love the opportunity to make things right. Please email us at [email protected] and ask for a manager—we’re here to listen to your feedback and work toward a solution that meets your needs. To clarify, Mudflap processes fuel payments through the app rather than at the pump, which is why adding a payment method is required. Uploading a photo of your driver’s license is an important security measure to help protect your payment information and ensure account safety. Regarding the credit card fee, we hear your frustration. The 1.9% processing fee for using a credit card in the Mudflap app can be avoided by switching your payment method to a bank account, debit card, or the Mudflap Fuel Card that has no fees! We value your feedback and hope you’ll reach out so we can address your concerns and make Mudflap work better for you.

Hi Akeem, Thank you for sharing your feedback. The hold you mentioned is a temporary authorization to verify that your account is active and has sufficient funds. This amount is applied toward your purchase, and any unused portion is released immediately after you fuel or cancel your code. To avoid this hold entirely, you can switch to paying via a bank account. If you’d like, please reach out to us at 1-888-885-3835 or [email protected] so we can walk you through your options and address any other concerns you might have. We appreciate your feedback and hope to make things right.

Hi Cynthia, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify that Mudflap does not take money out of your account without authorization. What you may be referring to is a temporary hold that is placed to verify that your account is active and has funds available. Here’s how it works: - The hold amount goes toward your purchase, and any unused amount is released immediately after fueling. - Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the release to reflect in your account. We’ve been trying to reach you to better understand your situation and provide assistance. Please contact us at 1-888-885-3835 or [email protected] so we can look into this further and resolve any concerns. We’re here to help and hope to hear from you soon!
