Our company has been using Mudflap for a couple of years, and the ease of use and discounts have been a benefit to us. I would give it five stars, but there have been a couple of times when we had an issue that could not be resolved. Customer service is excellent, and they work hard at resolving any issue you might have, but technology is technology and somethings they were unable to. We will continue to use this card.

I do not like that I have to pay more using a credit card. My increase in payment is 1.9%. That makes diesel cheaper at Walmart. Plus I went to California recently and your ap had a Pilot listed. I went there. When I presented my number to fill up. They looked at me like I had 4 heads. Yall do some things very good. And some things very very bad. Plus the stations or the truck stops the further west you get really don’t care what kind of service they provide. This is the people working at the counters. It’s like you are inconvenient to them!!
