Now you guys charge a percentage for using the credit card so the discounts aren’t that great to make up for it anymore

Hi Lucas, thanks for sharing your feedback. Credit card payments come with higher processing costs, and the 1.9% fee helps offset a portion of those expenses. This allows us to continue offering credit cards as a payment option for drivers who prefer them. Mudflap still covers most of the processing cost to keep the fee as low as possible. If you'd rather avoid it altogether, you can switch to a debit card or bank account in the app, or call us at 1-888-885-3835 and we’ll be happy to help.
