I am writing this to warn other business owners about the billing practices at Mudflap. I experienced an attempted double-billing where the merchant tried to draft $138.03 despite my records showing I had already paid the full amount via a $31.61 cleared transaction and a $106.32 pending transaction. Furthermore, I requested a copy of my signed contract and ACH authorization three separate times, and they failed to produce any legal documentation proving they had the authority for these specific weekly withdrawals. It was only after I filed a formal Regulation E Dispute and demanded all communication be in writing for my legal records that they finally admitted I owed $0.00 and "removed" my bank info. Check your bank statements closely. If you have issues, document everything in writing immediately.

They will adjust your price at the pump as you purchase more fuel. Just created an account for my friend and the prices in his Mudflap app are significantly lower for a brand new account compared to my account created a year ago and purchased more than 5,000 gallons through their app.
