I just ordered two, get one free deal.. But they advertise antislip mats, which is a great selling point. But not once, but three times, while trying to check it attempted to get me to add the trip pads to make it extra non slip. I immediately sent two emails to Customer Service to notify them that I did not want their antislip grippers that they forced on me. When I tried to back out of making the purchase it completed anyway and I'm getting antislip mats that are not ANTISLIP as advertised on the site. And, I’m getting their grippers I did not want. I, too tried to leave a review about my experience to give others this warning. But, there is no where to achieve this. I was scammed and do not appreciate this dishonesty. What began as a $39.99 purchase turned into a $70 purchase.

I ordered 2 mats and a free one, after I put in my credit card number and details, I got a pop up telling me I was black listed??? No reason given.. I checked the number I had typed and all correct.. I tried a second time… same pop up … so I went to muddy mats Australia and tried to call them on the toll free number they have on the site.. but apparently that number belongs to no one.. now I’m worried my name address phone number and credit card details were all saved when I clicked to purchase.. Ps.. I’m not in Canada even tho it’s saying I am 🤨 Thank you.. I would really appreciate that, it’s worrying to see that they black listed me.. and that my personal details were out there.. Please let me know and if we can sort this out I hope I can get the mats at the discounted price plus a free one… 🙏

I have two muddy mats that started losing their backing after three washes. I had another muddy mat that started fraying after its first wash. Muddy Mats guarantees their product for 60 days. That means that you shouldn’t expect them to last much longer than 60 days. They won’t help you if your product falls apart after 60 days. They didn’t care one bit that their product failed me. Buyer beware.

Brought mats from November to January. The smaller mats are fine. But the larger (what they call runners) fall apart when you wash them. Call the Company in February and was first told that the mats I was sent were old ones and that they would ck on it and email me back after a week and a half I had to email them again and was told to send me my information. They finally emailed me to say that I was past their return policy. WHAT?! So they send you old mats and then don’t stand behind them.

I purchased 4 muddy mats and was happy until I washed them. The edging came away from the mat. I emailed the company and was told this can happen and since it was past 60 days they won't do anything. Will never buy again!

The color I ordered did not work for our decor. I contacted the business and was given the process of returns/exchanges. Order the color you want. Exchanges are not easy with this company. One of the comments they used, though I sent pictures of the products still in their original packaging, was THEY would determine if I got money back once they received the products. So, not knowing if they received their product in the original packaging would equal I get a refund or they determine I don’t get a refund, I kept the color I did not want. So, DO NOT rely on their customer service. Not that great.

Ordered and paid for through Pay Pal on Apr.25th, 2025. Still as of today 5-7-25 have not received and no communication about when they will be delivered. I do know they received the order because it showed paid for through Pay Pal. I am thinking about cancelling my order for poor customer service. I did call them and didn't get a definite answer.

Soft, colorful but not as absorbent as shown on tv. Does not trap mud as shown on tv as well.
