Never got it. Shipping address correct but billing address wrong. Where did my 72 dollars go. Not happy. Did they deliver to my incorrect billing address. Clear this up and I will give you a better rating

Several instances of Bait and Switch. Advertising a $16 price showing an XL mat, and once you try to purchase, the $16 price is only available for the small rug. They also advertise 3 for $39, showing a Medium, Large and Xl, but once you go to purchase those 3 in the combination shown are priced much higher. Also very misleading on the "add Ons".

I would give it zero if I could! Ordered 3mats over a month ago and they charged my credit card right away but still haven’t received anything! Talked to a rep and they said they would expedite my order and contact me within 48hrs….heard nothing back!

These are great for the dogs, but their customer service sucks. I got 2 mats withone of thier "deals" - ordered one size thought it would be for all three and then the "discounted" mat was a size smaller. Bait & switch. So I called and they gave me discount so that I wouldn't cancel the entire order. Fine. Then, when I asked "where is it" I got a message from their low-budget shipper stating that the tracking status was “Hold for Instructions Requested,” which means the carrier was unable to complete the delivery and is waiting for additional instructions." "To resolve this quickly, we recommend contacting the carrier GOFO directly at +1 949 688-6032 or via email at ...., as they will be able to assist you with updating the delivery details or scheduling the next delivery attempt." So I did and got some AI customer service that couldn't do shit. You can get them on Amazon for only about $1 more. Much better service. Update - no you don't get my address / contact info. This is closed. You guys suck. You use a 4th rate carrier (GOFO - I think it stands for "Go fck off"), that has a poor implementation of AI & there's no resolution. I have a new order and hopefully it will ship either UPS or FedEx, per the person I spoke with. I don't have a lot of hope. These guys are stupid; I was all set to purchase 16 stair treads but NO SALE. If I need anymore of these I'll get them on Amazon.

I ordered this for my dachshund. He hates it and doesn’t want to go near it. Cost $45 so I’ll get ready to return it. They’re wanting to charge me $15 plus I’ll have to pay $15 for the cost of shipment back so I’m ending up paying almost $60 which I had totally not have ordered knowingly knowing what I know now this is a complete rip off for those who are thinking about muddy mat, I would reconsider unless you want to pay $60 for the muddy mat bed and this is a size medium ridiculous. Mighty match should be ashamed of themselves fire. Beware.

Scam first they over charged me and refused to cancel the order then when the rugs come we find out that they do not work as advertised. Total scam don't waste your money on them
