I love my muddy mat that keeps my floors cleaner, so when I saw the bed I ordered it. Have had it for about 2 to 3 weeks and my girl, a mini dachshund won’t even lay on it. I tried putting a weight on it hoping to make an indent to entice her to lay on it but no luck. It sits in the corner unused. If you have suggestions, please let me know. Otherwise I will be donating it to a local shelter. So disappointed…….. Kathleen Roe Roebling NJ

Horrible customer service. Only bots- no humans. They sent the wrong size bed, would not cancel the order when I noticed the error on the order confirmation, and made return so difficult it was not worth the hassle. Avoid.

We have bought two small muddy mats one medium muddy mat,one runner muddy mat and one large muddy mat. We have not washed the large muddy mat yet, but the other four that we have washed by the instructions on the mat start falling apart after one washing, the backing always lets loose called muddy Mat.and see how I did not buy directly from them told me to go back to who I bought the muddy mats from. Don’t waste your money they don’t stand up.

The advertisement was very misleading! It said buy two mats and get one free. There was no purchase price until checkout so I bought the three! At least I thought I was. So when I received my order I was completely surprised that I paid 39.11 for one mat! I did contact them 7 days later and I haven’t heard anything. The company should list the each price before purchasing the product. Also there is no return label like most companies do and I will not recommend the company!!!!

Placed an order on buy.muddymat.com Buy 2 get 1 free.$19.98 each. Total $39.98. At checkout offered no slip grippers for $1.99 each. $5.97 and $7.99 shipping. I expected $53.94. Nope. At checkout I am charged $79.60. WTF?? I’m charged full price for 3 grippers at $9.95 each. I complained and get $7.95 each. Nope not what is advertised. Emails back and forth and an offer of 50% off grippers. No, that’s not what I agreed when checking out! This company is a rip off. Talked about how important my business is to them. Emails about “ we understand how frustrating this is blah blah. Just charge me correct amount. Don’t try and rip me off. Needless to say I cancelled the order. By the way even though I disputed the charge they ship it anyway! Would never do business with this website.

My order was not complete, and even with the packing slip clearly showing that the item I ordered and paid for was not there, they are still refusing to refund my money for that item. It has been numerous ridiculous emails asking for the same info over and over! Avoid this company like the plague!

Product is fine. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Website upsells at least 5 times before checkout and when I cancelled my order, they tried to sell me again. I reiterated the cancellation a second time and they conveniently delayed emailing a response until after items were shipped. Returns look equally awful: they have to receive AND approve your return, which means they can deny and keep your money. You’d better know what you want and recognize that you’re not getting your money back.
